Our commitments
Our rules on hosting, your data and the way we work.
Hosted in France
Your files and share data are hosted in France. Payment goes through Stripe Payments Europe, an Irish company, and its subprocessor Stripe, LLC, a US company, which receive no file. Emails and SMS go through Sweego, a French company.
Files we cannot read, in end-to-end mode
In end-to-end mode, available from the Discover plan, the key stays in the URL fragment and never reaches our servers. On the Free plan and for anonymous shares, the server can read the files; storage is encrypted at rest.
Your data is not our product
No advertising pixel, no resale of data. From the Essential plan, an antivirus scans unencrypted files after they are uploaded, and anonymous uploads are scanned on every plan. By default, a share that contains an archive or a file over 25 MiB is not scanned at all.
You can leave with your data
Export your personal data and your organization's data as a ZIP archive. The REST API, from the Discover plan, connects your own tools.
A publicly documented API
The OpenAPI specification is open, no key needed. The API itself can be used from the Discover plan.

Support tickets, from the Discover plan, are handled by the publisher, SHPV FRANCE SAS, a French company.
